Homewood Development is a one at a time hands on builder. Its owner, Jim Tinkham is on the site every day to oversee the construction activities. Our homes are crafted by skilled subcontractors, specializing in their particular trade. Our vendors are choosen for the quality of their materials, their service and their selection. Homewood Development is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. All of our homes are warranted through the HBA.
